Holly Hester, designer and owner, started Freckled Chicken in 2006. With over 25 years in the apparel industry, Holly found her true inspiration when her daughter, Avalon, was born. Ever since, she's been producing wholesome, comfortable children's clothing and accessories. Her designs are made for girls aged 12 months to 12 years, and the designs are seriously great. Holly has been working on releasing a whole new line of clothing, and there are some really unique designs coming to this year’s Bash.

Weekend Guide: October 16th, 17th, and 18th, 2015

Hello hello again! What a fantastic week we've been having in Dallas! This fall has been getting better and better. And what is a more fun way to enjoy the season than to post another installment of our Weekend Guide series? In case you're just hearing about this, each week, Etsy Dallas will cover any fun, local happenings featuring Etsy Dallas makers. Last week was our first post back, and we're excited to keep it going!

This weekend, head down to the Bishop Arts District for the Urban Bazaar on Bishop, hosted by Little D Markets.

Tune in Monday to The Broadcast. Regina with Regal Cottage will be stopping by to demonstrate creative ways to add pizzaz to a locker, refrigerator, or bulletin board with easy to make glitter flocked magnets.
